Before / After Case Study:

Situation: 

This student was heading off to college for his freshman year. His mom and girlfriend felt that he was completely disorganized and were concerned that he would not be able to keep track of his new schedule and paperwork. Along with his school studies, he is a model and actor and needed a quick place to retrieve head shots and resumes.

Solution: 

Create a mobile filling system for him to store and keep track of important papers. Some categories in his system included class syllabus, policies, schedules, medical records etc. We also discussed how he could best use his new pocket-sized schedule book to track class schedules, appointments and upcoming events.
