Spring and Fall complexions are best described as ones with yellow and warm undertones. To look their best, both of these palettes should wear clothing with yellow as opposed to blue undertones.

The main difference between spring and fall complexions are that the spring person has higher contrasts between their hair, skin and eyes whereas the typical autumn will have variations of the same color palette. For instance, the quintessential autumn is olive skinned with brown (golden or red toned) hair and brown of hazel eyes. Autumns will have a more orange or gold tone to their skin. The spring complexion could have bright golden hair, blue eyes and peaches and creme skin and will have more of radiant tonality.

Good Springtime colors revolve around bright yellow whereas great fall colors are created with golden yellow tones. Think about nature and the colors you find during fall versus springtime.

In autumn, colors tend to turn soft, deep and warm whereas in spring they are brighter and more vivid. Regardless of which season, they both revolve around yellow undertones and if you are either of these seasons, so should your wardrobe.
