Who is Jim Shulman?
Jim Shulman is the founder of Elsinore Business Associates, a coaching firm based in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, that works with entrepreneurs and licensed professionals. He has worked in sales for more than 40 years, selling everything from auto restoration equipment and polyester pants to china over the phone. His firm began in 1996 as a marketing services company, Marketing Results; Jim moved into advising owners after deciding that good marketing was often masking deeper problems. When he reviewed his client roster, he saw that his most successful clients had not scaled, and he named that pattern the Bonsai business. Jim works with three coaches of his own: for business, for work-life balance and for money.
