Tami Jaffe is a business coach who helps people make the move from employee to entrepreneur. She calls herself a recovering CPA: she started in finance, spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, and ended her corporate career as head of real estate technology for one of the largest real estate investment companies in the world. After working with a coach herself, she earned a coaching certification, built a leadership and career coaching business on the side, and later moved to business coaching when people asked how she left her VP role. She also uses energy work and is the author of the Amazon best seller You Already Made the Decision, You Just Aren't Happy With It.
