Susie Carder is a profit coach and fractional COO who works with founder-led companies doing $1 million to $10 million in revenue. She started out as a hairdresser and booth renter raising two little girls on her own, and learned early that most of running a business is sales, marketing, operations and communication. After Paul Mitchell asked her to teach its clients the business side of the salon industry, she began speaking, wrote her first book and started her own publishing company. Her students gave her the name The Profit Coach. She says she has built 10 companies over 30 years, and her tenth book, on building a profitable business, is published by Simon & Schuster.
