Robyn Pineault has worked in marketing for more than 16 years and is a marketing director who works full time remotely from just outside Ottawa, Canada. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2014 and shared her research publicly from the start; people kept asking for her help, so she began organizing her resources into guides. That became Autoimmune Thriving, which offers lifestyle audits, a free guide and a small fund that pays for treatments like massage for people without a benefit plan. From 2016 to around 2020 she hosted the Alpha Female Podcast. She is a certified yoga teacher, and her site describes her as a twin mom, author, planner creator and goal-setting coach.
