Neill Williams is a master certified productivity and performance coach who works with women who run online businesses. She spent her corporate career as an actuary, managing a large team while working 60 to 80 hour weeks. Rather than take the pay cut that usually comes with part-time work, she figured out how to get the same results in less time, scaled her job back to about 30 hours a week and taught her team to do the same. She then built a coaching business on the side in roughly 10 hours a week until it earned more than her corporate salary, and left her job. Neill is also a yoga instructor and hosts the Success Genius podcast.
