Patricia Stepler is a mindset and productivity coach, life coach and author behind Your Dream Power. She uses a three-step system to help business leaders and entrepreneurs accomplish their goals, and offers executive coaching, business team consultation, individual and group life coaching, speaking and seminars, and programs and music for children and youth. Before coaching, she taught school, including music, for several decades. She started her business after her son told her for six years that he would earn a college scholarship and then received a full academic one; she set out to learn how he did it. A self-described introvert, she teaches a formula to think bigger, play bigger and become bigger.
