She has spent more than 20 years studying how people communicate and understand each other. She holds an MBA and worked in many industries before leaving a toxic workplace to start her own business, coaching leaders and business owners for four years. When the pandemic kept teenagers at home and she watched friends' families struggle, she switched to coaching parents, moving from working in French in Montreal to offering her services internationally in English. She draws on the journal she kept from age 10 and on her time as a camp supervisor for teenagers.
